By selecting Submit on the Customer Contact Form located on the Home Page, you are providing your contact information and giving your consent for Country Broadband to contact you by telephone, email &/or text message.

This includes written consent to receive calls &/or text messages that are auto-dialed as well as calls, and text messages that use artificial or prerecorded voice, from or on behalf of direct service providers, at the telephone number and email address provided on the Customer Contact Form.

This consent is given even if your phone number is on the Do-Not-Call Registry.  Including direct contact by service providers whose service you subscribe to about your customer account, installation, and more.

Country Broadband will NOT share your customer information, including contact telephone number or email address with any Third-Party for unauthorized or unrelated marketing.
